A very well looked after Traditional Narrowboat with a Gardner 3LW Diesel Engine

Enter the boat from the cratch covered bow which has steel lockers either side of the bow for storage and seating and a fixed drop leaf table between the seats for alfresco dining. Continue into the Saloon through the bow stable doors and to your right is the Morso Squirrel Stove with back boiler to the radiators, (additional hot air heating from the Eberspacher) on a tiled hearth, and to your left is a corner cupboard with a freestanding TV on top. As you look through the boat there is a freestanding drop leaf table to your left and a sofa which makes into a double bed in front of the Galley worktop across part of the width of the boat.

Moving into the Galley itself there is a side hatch to your left, with a L-shape worktop to your right with an inset sink and drainer with cupboards and drawers under. On the opposite wall is a straight length of worktop with inset hob, with the shoreline fridge and cupboards under, a double shelved high-level plate display unit is across the end of the worktop, then an eye-level oven and grill with cupboards over and under.  There is also a Houdini hatch for extra light.

Continue through the port side door into the bedroom, where there is a double bed with storage under, a high-level double cupboard at the head of the bed, and at the foot of the bed is a full-size wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a cupboard with shelving unit above it. Next down the port side corridor is the bathroom with washbasin set into a worktop with cupboard below, the Sealand pump-out toilet, full size tiled shower cubicle with a full height airing cupboard next to it, as well as a bathroom cabinet with mirror beside it.

Moving on next is the engine room with the Gardner 3LW diesel engine and side hatches on either side of the boat with steps up to one hatch.  Lastly is the Boatman’s Cabin with a full-size washing machine, single bench seat/bed with storage under and lots of cupboards and drawer space and a drop-down table, painted with traditional roses. There is also an Epping Solid Fuel Range and a pigeon box,  finally there are steps up to the Traditional Stern.
